ARIN-Transfer Policy Outline
ARIN set certain policies for the IP transfer process and doesn’t allow using the resource without complying with the policy. Membership of APNIC, RIPE is required to transfer addresses to ARIN, RIPE or APNIC.
Before the transfer request is entertained, ARIN policy states that the buyer/recipient should clearly demonstrate and justify the need to acquire the resource. If transfer falls under ARIN region, a justification of the timeframe for 2 year is required. But if it is outside the ARIN region, regional internet registry will then takes responsibility to justify for the intended use of resource.
According to the policy of ARIN, facilitators registered with ARIN’s Specified Transfer listing service can legally offer support and assistance to the companies/organizations looking for transfer. Facilitators take part in the transfer process to facilitate specified transfer according to the policy set by ARIN. Contact GoIPtrade for the error-free transfer.
